acquisition, municipal approvals, financing and
construction of units. The development was subsequently
sold to another developer who went on to win numerous
awards for the project as envisioned by Mr. Nelson.
Tocher Avenue – Hinton, Alberta. Mr. Nelson was
involved in the site acquisition, municipal approvals,
site servicing and financing of this 36 lot development
in Hinton, Alberta. The lots were 80% sold before site
servicing was completed.
Creeks Crossing – Wetaskiwin, Alberta. Mr. Nelson
was involved with site acquisition, municipal approvals
and the construction of Stage 1 (17 Lots). There is
another 30+ acres remaining to be developed.
Martin Ridge Estates – Fort McMurray, Alberta.
Mr. Nelson was involved in the acquisition, municipal
approvals and financing of this 69 lot single family
home subdivision. The lots were pre-sold to a large
homebuilder before site servicing began.
Trilogy at Thickwood – Fort McMurray, Alberta.
Mr. Nelson spearheaded the planning, unit design,
financing and construction of a 22 unit gated adult
living complex. This was the first gated and age
restricted development in Fort McMurray and was very
