As equity partners in most of our Limited Partnerships, and with a direct financial stake in their outcome, we are committed to effectively managing the risk of our developments to provide maximum returns for our Limited Partners.

The majority of the developments are structured as independent Limited Partnerships for outside investors, which provide those investors with limited financial liability, while allowing them to participate in a professionally managed real estate development and a significant portion of the net project profits upon completion.
